There was a mixup with my documents and another customers with the same surname. I needed the documents urgently as I couldn't wait another week or so for them. She immediately assured me that it would be sorted out at their cost the same day. She kept me up to date during the day. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received and will surely be recommending you to everyone I know.

Great customer service like hers is hard to come by these days and I commend her and your company for instilling these values. If there is any way or form to award her or give her recognition for her service, please do so.

I have just been issued my Dubai visa this morning, but being a Nigerian passport holder, I was informed by all other Agents that it is almost impossible for the UAE embassy to  issue a visa to a Nigerian Passport. However, I need to commend Mariam for professionalism and the way she kept me in the loop throughout the visa process.

We are in Auckland NZ and needed a Police Clearance from South Africa. We decided to use Visa Logistics to be sure it was processed as quickly as possible. Their service was as promised. They received the request form from us on 3 Jan 2019 and we received a PDF of the Clearance today 14 Jan 2019 and notice from DHL that the document had been picked up from Visa Logistics and would be delivered in Auckland by 18 Jan 2019. The service by Visa Logistics was impeccable. Worth every cent. I had been concerned because I found them through Google, and made contact on FB with a previous customer so decided to trust them.
I have no relationship with Visa Logistics other than as a satisfied customer.
